Experience Management Associate

Your key responsibilities

  • Review of experience Management activities (Demand trackers, bench Management, Tool updates) and Database Management
  • Good analytical skills and generate reports and dashboards (Availability and Variance reports etc).
  • Mailbox Support and Maintenance and demonstrates attention to detail
  • Conflict resolution and problem solving (e.g. resource allocation on multiple projects and soft blocking by competency leaders)
  • Mentor and provide on the job training for new associates.
  • Proficient in MS office package and Intermediary level of expertise in data Visualization tools.
  • Effective resource scheduling, maintenance, and updates
  • Database management and reconciliation (Maintain and manage skill sets, competencies and certifications of client serving professionals)
  • Basic Dashboard and reporting activities

Education:

  • Graduate in related discipline


Experience:

  • Prior work experience in same or related domain, 0 to 4 years
  • Experience in multiple systems and applications
  • Prior work experience in a large professional services or financial services company
  • Experience working with clients from different countries (Desirable)
  • Experience working in a business where the primary spoken language is English

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Demonstrate proficiency and experience in MS Office Suite especially in Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English language
  • Strong presentational skills: ability to clearly communicate complex messages to a variety of audiences
