Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets within the ESMB segment in Germany
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including partners, solution engineers, and other Salesforce teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of Tableau's solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and Tableau.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position Tableau's offerings.
Qualifications:
- Ideally 2 years of sales experience in a quota-carrying role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Experience in SaaS sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Fluency in German and English is required
