Responsibilities:

  • Perform business analysis and documentation of the current and future state of Client Reports and Advices (client communication letters, notices, and confirms)
  • Provide regular status updates for all project participants and create presentations for steering committee updates
  • Work with various Legal & Compliance teams to obtain sign-off on all regulatory business requirements
  • Serve as primary liaison between the key business stakeholder and technology, including recommending business priorities by advising stakeholders on options, risks, costs, prioritizations, and delivery timelines

  • Create and facilitate training sessions, webcast demos and write User Acceptance Test scripts and business scenarios against specified requirements
  • Create, manage and maintain project plans and act as the project manager for all follow ups across various departments
  • Work on multiple projects in parallel focusing on continued delivery of regulatory client deliverables, such as legal statements/performance reporting/advices/letters/notices

Qualifications:

  • Previous relevant experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • General knowledge of client reporting across the industry and our competitors
  • Working knowledge of SQL environments and database queries
  • Proven organization and time management skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES:
  • Cumplir con los requisitos, procesos y marco de control para cada fase del ciclo de vida de una relación con terceros que proporcionan productos y/o servicios a Citibanamex (Planificación, Due Diligence y Selección, Contratación, Ongoing Monitoring y Terminación).
  • Asegurar la correcta evaluación del riesgo de los productos y/o servicios, para la correcta gestión y mitigación.
  • Registro y actualización de información sobre los sistemas en donde se administran las relaciones con terceros.
  • Seguimiento y supervisión del tercero para garantizar la realización de sus actividades y/o procesos de manera segura y conforme se estableció contractualmente, en cumplimiento de leyes, regulaciones y políticas aplicables de Citibanamex.
  • Atención, seguimiento y monitoreo a los controles aplicables en cada relación para mitigar cualquier riesgo posible por parte de un tercero.
  • Negociación, revisión y seguimiento a Contratos, Anexos de Servicio y Convenios.
  • Acciones de negociación con involucramiento de Sourcing de costos y tarifas con los terceros.

REQUERIMIENTOS:

  • Bachillerato
  • Realizar análisis comercial
  • Análisis de documentación de Clientes (cartas de comunicación del cliente, notificaciones y confirmaciones).
  • Brindar actualizaciones.
  • Crear presentaciones para comité directivo.
  • Obtener aprobación en todos los requisitos comerciales regulatorios.
  • Disponibilidad de rol de horarios.
  • Visita de proveedores (CDMX y Áre a metropolitana).
