Key job responsibilities
Lead and execute full test lifecycle from test system design and build, through test execution and data reviewDesign and build automated test systems, including instrumentation and software integrationDevelop test plans, specifications, and acceptance criteria for electronic & mechanical components and integrated systemsPerform PCBA testing, debugging, and failure analysisManage test system configuration control and change processesLead verification, validation, and environmental testingSupport component and system-level troubleshooting

- BS degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience: Designing and building automated test systems
- Hardware development
- Software/hardware systems integration
- Demonstrated expertise in: Test automation software development
- Test system troubleshooting and debugging

- Knowledge of SolidWorks simulation or Ansys Finite Element analysis tools
- Experience in the design of complex mechanical products and equipment at volume
- Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent
- 7+ years of engineering experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in: Leading test campaigns for electrical/mechanical devices and PCBAs, Environmental and qualification testing
