• Internal auditing of Lab Quality System processes and procedures.
• Perform daily verification of the equipment. Perform minor maintenance on test equipment as assigned.
• Participate in NPI project and deployed Quality Criteria and documentation in the area.
• In charge of Quality Metrics of the area
• Follow all relevant ISO 9001 Quality System Work Instructions and Procedures.

Must

• Chemical Engineer (desirable) or Engineer with experience in chemical processes
• Experience in lab environment (procedure, test records, etc)
• Knowledge in root cause analysis methodologies (8D’s, 5 why’s , Ishikawa, DOE’s) and corrective actions
• Six Sigma Green Belt or lean training
• 3-5 years in the industry
