Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
- Experience working with C-level executives across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience assessing and achieving agency success via business techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, compelling narratives, storytelling, and engaged selling.
- Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on both performance and brand marketing.
- Knowledge of agency business models (digital and traditional), customer retention, growth and new business acquisition for agencies.
- Knowledge of the advertising industry and automotive industry vertical.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to own a portfolio in a sales context, and consistently achieve goals and business objectives to drive growth.
