Basic Qualifications

• Eight or more years of recent consulting, accounting or legal experience structuring, drafting, and reviewing estate and financial planning transactions for clients with investable assets from $3-$75 million and experience advising clients regarding stock options

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Experience drafting or reviewing estate, business and other planning documents, including executive compensation plans
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to independently learn complex financial concepts and software programs
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• CFP, CPA or JD degree preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
