Academic Background:Outstanding academic record, including a bachelor's degree or a graduate degree, with approximately 5 years of related work experience.
Industry Experience:Experience in diversified manufacturing industries is a plus, preferably with project management, business consultancy, or implementation experience in Procurement, P2P with knowledge SAP MM or SAP Ariba or Coupa or Sirion, etc.
Communication Skills:Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Procurement Transformation:Lead and participate in client engagements focused on transforming procurement processes and implementing procurement technologies.
Technology Implementation:Familiarity with leading supply chain solutions and ERP systems, with a focus on procurement technology such as SAP Ariba / SRM / Sirion / Coupa, etc.
Client Engagements:Participate in client engagements that transform supply chains and infrastructure through a cross-disciplinary approach.
Process Improvement:Assist with the review, improvement, and assessment of supply chain and operations functions, with a focus on procurement.
Data Analytics:Provide insight by using a robust set of data analytics to support procurement transformation.
Reporting:Help prepare reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties.
Relationship Building:Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel and build strong internal relationships within EY Consulting Services and with other services across the organization.
