Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in development and implementation of job architecture frameworks.
  • Participation in conducting comprehensive job evaluations.
  • Design, analyze and establish job levels and assist in its implementation.
  • Assist clients in implementing reward programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and benefits packages.
  • Conduct research and analysis of market trends in compensation and benefits to provide clients with competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to understand and map out reward connections and implications.
  • Engaging with clients to understand their needs and objectives related to employee rewards and compensation.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in compensation&benefit
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Human Resources or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of job architecture, job evaluation, job levelling, reward systems and structures
  • Ability to work independently with guidance and be a dependable resource for the team
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
