Clinical Product Manager, Point of Care (Cambridge, MA)
The Clinical Product Manager represents the voice of the customer as part of strategy development, product requirement definition, product design and development, product clinical evaluation, training development and delivery in Point of Care Ultrasound business.
Your role:
- Lead the product clinical roadmap from concept to launch ensuring high quality products. Collaborate with R&D, Product Marketing, Clinical Science, and other stakeholders to define product specifications, features, and requirements.
- Responsible for setting proper expectations regarding how new products and/or features will be accepted by end-users, sales force, and field clinical specialists in the areas of imaging performance, workflow (on & off cart), and quantification.
- Work with development engineers to optimize image quality of transducers for clinical applications – Cardiology, Abdomen, Lung, Vascular, ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia, Musculoskeletal (MSK), OB/GYN.
- Active involvement with planning and attending internal/external clinical evaluations, demonstrating our solutions for internal/external events and for New Product/Feature introductions at major tradeshows.
- Partner with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to train them on new equipment, provide support to ensure clinical affairs documentation is completed, and to assist in completing talks and abstracts reporting out on sponsored studies.
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired 7+ years of experience Ultrasound scanning in a clinical and/or professional environment.
- Your skills include:
- A comprehensive understanding of the quantification and workflow required to complete a Point of Care (POC) diagnostic and/or interventional ultrasound exam.
- Experience co-creating with a multi-disciplinary team, preferably in the medical device field.
- You have an undergraduate degree in a medical/healthcare related field. You have a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or equivalent certification with clinical scanning experience in Cardiology, Abdomen, Lung, Vascular, ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia, MSK, and/or OB/GYN.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
- You have a demonstrated ability to present to a large group, and proficiency in documentation using tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- You have the ability to travel, estimated 30-40%.

The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $122,382 to $209,798.
