Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

• The role is responsible for the intelligence analysis, digitalization and optimization for outbound transportation to support GCA transportation strategy.
• The optimization covers areas mainly on transportation network, cost, service level, and customers/consumers experience with an aim to improve overall transportation KPIs (COTIF, Speed, Sustainability, VAS and cost) for wholesale/retail channels.
• Lead initiatives in projects and deliver results based on a data-driven methodology.
• Be customer centric and continuously drive sustainability as per company’s vision

Key Responsibilities:

• Intelligence analysis to optimize the transportation network, with optimized cost, service and reliability
• Manage master data and optimize transportation database.
• Build up transportation metrics and track fulfilment performance
• Setup predictive transportation management mechanism
• Lead and execute transportation improvement projects identified and deliver results
• Accelerate the progress by adopting new technologies (eg. website, platform, or workflow) as per identified optimization opportunities
• Strong daily engagment with stakeholders, ability to identify best service user solution, strong understanding of business needs and demands

Key Relationships:

• Internal: DC Operations, Inbound, SCD, Order Book Fulfillment, Purchasing, IT, Finance, HR, own retail, e-Com, B2B, and other business teams
• External: 3rd party Logistics Service Providers

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Experience in transportation network design, planning and operation
• Professional level of data analytics and intelligence analysis of logistics or transportation
• Proven track record in logistics or transportation project and process management
• Proficient in SQL, and Power BI or Tableau with a fundamental sense of tech and coding is a plus
• Good communication with external and internal partners across multiple functions
• English as a working language with solid presentation and storytelling skills
• Self-motivated, open-minded and ability to work independently and under pressure with minimal supervision

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• B2C transportation outbound operation and vendor management experience
• At least 5 years’ experience in supply chain or logistics intelligence analysis
• Experience in Retail, FMCG or high-end consumer goods enterprises is a plus
• PMP / Lean 6sigma is a plus
