• You will deliver impactful outcomes tied to CT business priorities through defining, implementing and sustaining Lean and Six Sigma methodologies,

• You will lead operational excellence initiatives and drive the execution in end to end mode, ensuring long-term success and drive measurable business impact,

• You will challenge existing processes and lead the team in problem-solving and innovation, ensuring alignment and execution of strategic goals,

• You will coach the Management Team (MT) on LEAN tools, fostering expertise and embedding a culture of continuous improvement,

• You will share the responsibility and accountability towards achievement of financial commitments and KPIs.

• You have minimum of 8–10 years in continuous improvement roles, with a proven track record in Lean and Six Sigma practices. Multi-industry and multi-function continuous improvement experience preferred,

• You can manage and influence senior stakeholders, with the ability to challenge the status quo effectively,

• You have excellent execution skills, problem- solving and analytical mindset, with the ability to navigate and deliver results in a highly matrixed structure,

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
