You will deliver impactful outcomes tied to CT business priorities through defining, implementing and sustaining Lean and Six Sigma methodologies,
You will lead operational excellence initiatives and drive the execution in end to end mode, ensuring long-term success and drive measurable business impact,
You will challenge existing processes and lead the team in problem-solving and innovation, ensuring alignment and execution of strategic goals,
You will coach the Management Team (MT) on LEAN tools, fostering expertise and embedding a culture of continuous improvement,
You will share the responsibility and accountability towards achievement of financial commitments and KPIs.
You have minimum of 8–10 years in continuous improvement roles, with a proven track record in Lean and Six Sigma practices. Multi-industry and multi-function continuous improvement experience preferred,
You can manage and influence senior stakeholders, with the ability to challenge the status quo effectively,
You have excellent execution skills, problem- solving and analytical mindset, with the ability to navigate and deliver results in a highly matrixed structure,
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
