• Regulatory compliance resides in the Global Financial Crimes (GFC), Partnership, and Network Compliance organization that fosters strong compliance culture, executes second line of defense obligations, and advises business units and functions across the enterprise
• We are seeking a senior analyst to support our Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) compliance program and to help manage Account Reputation Risk (including User Generated Content (UGC)).
Your way to Impact
- You will work closely with first-line stakeholders to develop compliance requirements that achieve business goals while balancing ABC compliance and Account Reputation Risk.
- You will be responsible for supporting our anti-bribery and corruption compliance program, ensuring adherence to local and international regulations, including the Singapore Prevention of Corruption Act, US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and the UK Bribery Act.
- You will also be responsible for managing our content compliance program, ensuring adherence to key regulations including the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), the UK Online Safety Act (OSA), and other relevant content and platform regulations.
Your day-to-day
In your day-to-day role you will:
- Develop and deliver ABC training programs for employees at all levels
- Monitor and review third-party relationships, including due diligence processes
- Provide advisory support to business units on ABC-related matters
- Stay current with regulatory changes and industry best practices
- Develop and implement content moderation policies and procedures aligned with DSA, OSA, and other relevant regulations, including notice-and-action mechanisms for illegal content and user appeals and transparency reports as required by regulations
- Engage in cross-functional crisis management protocols for high-risk content situations
- Coordinate with legal teams on content-related litigation and regulatory inquiries
- Collaborate internally to influence the quality and effectiveness of risk management processes.
- Analyze and assess risks to provide informed recommendations for mitigation strategies.
- Work outside defined processes to determine appropriate actions in complex situations.
- Serve as a subject matter resource for entry-level and developing colleagues on risk management practices and strategies
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate risk assessments and proposed solutions.
What do you need to bring
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in driving positive outcomes between compliance and business leaders
- Excellent project management skills, well organized, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and manage numerous projects simultaneously under deadline pressure
- A high-level of intellectual, professional, and interpersonal agility/flexibility, combined with stronganalytical/problem-solvingskills
- Strong ability to inspire/foster an inclusive/diverse culture
- Demonstrated ability to build/maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including strengths in influencing, conflict management, and negotiation
- Ability to communicate complex matters in a simple and clear manner
- Excellent ability to analyze risks in complex business processes and recommend controls to mitigate those risks
