- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in product design or UX.
- Experience designing across multiple platforms, and working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes.

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in shaping, aligning, and driving UX narratives and programs to ensure cross-functional collaboration and measurable outcomes.
- Experience designing for developer-centered products, tools, or platforms.
- Experience partnering with UX Research to understand, inform, and validate product quality and usability.
- Experience with Figma for designing and extending large-scale design systems and component libraries.
- Ability to create and clearly communicate product experiences through prototypes and detailed design specifications.
- Ability to contribute to innovative, successful products, UI systems, or frameworks, with visual design sensibilities for consistency.
