Metrics and Reporting Analyst

Hybrid model: 2 days office/3 days remote

Your key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and scorecards that track key business metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure data quality and the integration of reporting systems.
  • Work closely with business units to understand their reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve reporting processes and tools for efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Good knowledge of IT Services functions and ITIL.
  • Experience in Reporting and data analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau.
  • Experience in data science skills with built or using ML models with R, Python for solving business problems.
  • Possess an innovative mindset, open to share new ideas and work comfortably within global teams.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Prior experience with Reporting, Power BI and data science.
  • Working experience with ServiceNow, preferably worked on Azure with data lake, ML models using R, Python.
  • Excellent English language skills (verbal and written).

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience with data summarization and visualization tools
  • ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation training, or higher level of ITIL Certification.
  • Understanding of Agile methodology.
  • Certification on Azure, and data science.
