Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- At least 5 years of recruitment and/or HR experiencefor the Japanese market
- At least 2 years in a client management role working across a variety of stakeholders
- Good working proficiency in computer skills and MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluency in Englishand native or near native level Japanese proficiency
- Ability to travel if required
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Ability to work independently and proactively develop client relationships
- Experience of recruitment in Technology
