The role of the Low-code or No-code Configurator is a perfect fit for candidates with business background and passion for technology, as well as digital engineers who would like to try something new. As part of our Low-code or No-code Platforms Implementation Team, you will be playing a vital role across the entire project lifecycle. You will be able to test your skills in supporting sales and go-to-market initiatives, designing, and delivering Proof of Concepts, and finally implementing full scale solutions for some of the biggest local and global clients across different industries.
Your scope of duties:
- Working with clients on understanding their business problems and designing the appropriate solution that could solve them
- Helping with the overall architecture design and how the solution would fit in client’s existing ecosystems
- Implementing and improving solutions using Low-code or No-code Platforms in line with the design and previously defined user stories
- Testing implemented applications to ensure they are built in the optimal way and meet our high-quality standards
- Working with a client and the wider team on identifying and fixing any application issues or bugs
- Being a core and proactive member of the fast growing Low-code or No-code Platforms Implementation Team
- Developing proof of concept (POC) to test different ideas with clients and show the “art of possible” with Low-code or No-code Platforms
- Supporting development of our new offerings, being involved in go-to-market initiatives, and developing new assets and accelerators
Our requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience in positions related to full development lifecycle of enterprise applications incl. design, implementation, testing, and deployment;
- Understanding front-end and back-end development concepts;
- Experience in working in the Agile environment;
- Experience with Agile Project Management Tools such as JIRA, Azure Boards, etc.
- Demonstrated ability and eagerness to learn new technical skills quickly;
- Logical, analytical, and abstract thinking;
- Proficiency in English;
- Effective communication;
- Creativity and willingness to learn;
- Problem-solving and the ability to make it all work;
- Good time-management skills.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Understanding front-end development concepts, programming language, frameworks, and libraries (UI, UX, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, Bootstrap, React etc.);
- Understanding of back-end: REST API, Microservices, SQL, NoSQL databases, Python etc;
- Experience in working in a consulting environment (especially within Financial Services sector);
- Experience with configurating low-code or no-code platforms (for example: Power Apps, Unqork, Outsystems, Pega, FintechOS);
- Any professional certification in low-code or no-code platforms or web developer education would be an advantage;
- Experience in gathering, documenting, and communicating both business and technical requirements;
- A strong ability to communicate ideas and solutions in a succinct and accessible way.
