Senior Manager, Software Engineering, Systematics (Remote-Eligible)

What You’ll Do:

• You will be responsible for managing and guiding software engineers on the systematics team responsible for the definition, design, construction, integration, testing, and support of reliable and reusable software solutions, addressing business opportunities

• Includes systems analysis, creation of specifications, coding, testing, and implementation of application programs and data interfaces

• Develop complex applications usingGN/IM/RM/MAapplication experience and Agile

• Requires a previous domain of 5 years experience with FIS/Systematics applications

• You will demonstrate experience with large scale application integration efforts

• Ability to influence multiple levels on highly technical issues and challenges

• Ensures that application designs are consistent with the attributes (including scalability, availability, maintainability, and flexibility)

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• At least 6 years of professional software engineering experience (Internship experience does not apply)

• At least 1 year experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)

• At least 4 years of people management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree

• 7+ years of people management experience

• 5+ years in Financial software FIS/Systematics experience

• COBOL, JCL, VSAM on IBM mainframe experience

• Ad Hoc reporting tools (Easytrieve or DYL)

• Mainframe utilities (e.g. SORT, IDCAMS)

• 5+ years of professional experience developing batch and CICS

• Experience with database management systems, SQL, or other automated testing

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
