We are looking for a highly talented software development manager to lead our XB Selection Tech software team in Seattle, WA. In this role, you will partner with business and technical teams to design and document requirements, and develop technical strategies and software roadmaps for delivery of features. You will be leading a passionate group of engineers in architecting and developing large scale distributed technology solutions and also innovating new ideas and providing technology directions to our business in the Cross Border Selection space. We have many key initiatives lined-up to support our rapid evolution and growth of international selection expansion by solving some of the most challenging problems in this domain.Seattle, WA, USA

- 8+ years of engineering experience
- 5+ years of engineering team management experience
- 5+ years of designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience in leading the definition and development of multi tier web services
- Experience partnering with product and program management teams
- Lead your team to evolve our service architecture with quality, robustness and Amazon sized scale as top priorities. You will regularly take part in deep-dive troubleshooting exercises and drive technical post-mortem discussions to identify the root cause of complex issues.
