You will:

• Represents Worldwide Operations, creates factory plan based on product roadmaps.

• Utilizes metrics to improve new production, introduction process, and product quality, both at launch and throughout the program's life cycle.

• Ensures Operations achieve Ready to Ship Release and transition into the production/sustaining phase.

• Drives action plans and strategies to reduce overall manufacturing transformation cost and improve quality by eliminating sources of defects.

• Enables supply chain node to onboard suppliers, products, and services to ensure business continuity and build and fulfill products from global supply chain node.

Essential Requirements

• Foundational Knowledge: Possess basic comprehension of engineering disciplines, manufacturing processes, and relevant technical proficiencies.

• Industry Insight: Familiarity with the global computer products/peripherals industry and an understanding of its engineering intricacies.

• Collaborative Aptitude : Proficiency in leading cross-functional reviews, effectively addressing challenges, and collaborating with extended teams and suppliers.

• Continuous Enhancement: Proactively identify and recommend refinements to supplier's factory operations, ensuring alignment with Dell's operational requirements.

Desirable Requirements

• Hold a degree in engineering or a related field from a reputable university.
