What you'll be doing
  • Leading and mentoring a team to provide technical support and consultations to our strategic partners, including platform owners and key software developers.
  • Collaborating with internal Unity teams, key developers, and clients on technical solutions.
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong business relationships with VIP customers in the gaming and entertainment industry.
  • Designing and producing customized technical consulting and support service products for strategic partners.
What we're looking for
  • Proven strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to develop career paths for team members.
  • Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
  • Deep knowledge of global video game and entertainment business trends and history. Familiarity with international business protocols and culture gaps, especially between Japan, US, and EU.
  • Strong communication and excellent presentation skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team.Professional proficiency in English and Japanese.
  • B2B consulting experience in relevant industries (gaming/entertainment, software development, etc.)
  • Reporting directly to the VP of the organization to drive business direction and work with staff on service issues.Collaborating with Unity's engine R&D team and clients to establish platform engine release management procedures.
You might also have
  • Work experience with multi-region game developers or publishers.
  • Experience in game or software development in a leadership role.
  • Management or director experience in small to mid-sized organizations.
