Summary:
Paralegal provides administrative and legal support to the Legal team in all stages of corporate transactions and with the preparation of documents necessary to comply with corporate and local regulations in the conduct of business activities.
Document Preparation: Prepare and edit legal documents such as Board Resolutions, affidavits, contracts, agreements and the likes Prepare demand letters and decisions, suspension memorandum, etc. Preparation of incorporation papers and documents Preparation of pertinent documents for increase of Capital Stock Handle Corporation Cases Any other activities in relation to corporate documentary requirements
Research: Conduct research on various legal topics, including statutes, case law, and regulations.
Contract Management Support: Assist with contract management tasks, such as document review and data analysis.
Transactional Support: Assist with transactional tasks, such as due diligence and document review.
Client/Stakeholder Communication: Communicate withclients/stakeholders,including responding to inquiries, providing updates, and obtaining information.
File Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date files, both physical and electronic.
Time Management: Manage multiple tasks and deadlines, prioritizing tasks as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
Educational Background: Graduate of Bachelor of Laws or JD or completed at least 2nd year of Law.
Professional Experience:
At least 2-3 years of experience in the field.
Must demonstrate experience with all manner of corporate documents
Has basic understanding ofCorporation/CommercialLaws, Immigration laws and Labor laws, corporate governance
Skills Required:
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Accurate, and detailed in their paperwork
