This Sourcing Leader will have a hybrid role as a Program Sourcing Leader as well as a Commodity Category Sourcing Leader. The responsibilities include the development, communication and execution of commodity and supplier strategies to ensure realization of the business objectives for the assigned Business Units, providing sourcing support to the NPI programs and manufacturing site in Hino, Japan.

- Optimize the part & material definitions at R&D stage to make it easier to source
- Developing in-depth knowledge of a discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired expertise to execute functional policy/strategy.

Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. Provides informal guidance to new team members. Required Qualifications
- This role requires advanced experience in the Sourcing & New Product Sourcing. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
Desired Characteristics
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
- A technical background with strong quantitative skills is a plus.
