What We're Looking For
Student inPh.Ddegree program
Solidunderstanding ofsemiconductor optical devices such as modulators, detectors,lasersand other waveguide devices.
Familiarity or direct experience in the standard Si/CMOS process technologiesrequiredfor fabrication of electro-optical devices.
Familiarity or direct experience of optical simulation software tools and/or optical device modeling.
Ability to presentthe dataand ideas to a diverse audience.
