Position Overview:
As an ELM Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end project lifecycles for new launches within our RME division. This position requires deep expertise in project management, strong technical acumen, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field experience.Travel Requirement:
This role involves a travel requirement of up to 75%.Key job responsibilities
Manage the complete project lifecycle for new launches, including requirements gathering, planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and successful deployment.
Own large-scale engineering projects from planning and design through installation, commissioning, qualification, and launch support.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones, ensuring effective communication and coordination across all stakeholders.

- 5+ years of industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer, or project engineer in a manufacturing environment experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL at the intermediate level
- Experience working with and managing third party vendors
- Experience with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing
