Project management of VE projects on HON Avionics products.

Execute projects with Cost reduction of $1.5M or more annually.

Work to utilize HON non moving inventory parts to replace production parts

Work with suppliers, sourcing ,OBS , GBE and Engg organizations for project execution

Drive Technical and Financial feasibility of cost reduction ideas.

Deploy analytical solutions to identify right cost reduction opportunities.

Generating Project reports for leadership review.

Liaison and collaborate with different functions for above responsibilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Industrial engineering or similar field is required.

Around 8+ years of relevant Industry experience is required.

Program Management experience is required.

PMP or equivalent certification is desirable.

1. Hands on experience on Program management and tools.
2. Experience in leading complex projects with cross functional team.
3. Supply chain, Manufacturing, and project management knowledge.
4. Engineering drawing interpretation knowledge.
5. Should have relevant industry experience of managing projects.

Ability to identify and deploy process improvements.

Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively

Communicate project status and program needs across different levels of the organization and different operating environments.

Fluent in Microsoft office suit
