General Responsibilities:
Develop and demonstrate a thorough understanding of supported business processes and underlying technologies, ensuring alignment to initiatives and strategy.
Leverage strong analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with HR business customers, SaaS and PaaS vendor partners, architects, Cyber experts and other engineers, solving complex business problems.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other Enterprise & HR partners to engineer integrated, end-to-end solutions across technology layers as well as refine intent and groom Agile stories to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Analyze complex, interconnected systems and work with Enterprise teams to deliver on Cyber standards and help us stay well-managed.
Identify opportunities to improve Cyber security/architecture/Risk & Compliance practices and develop technical solutions to eliminate risk and deliver a delightful experience across HR applications.
Apply problem-solving techniques to lead application design discussions and resolve technical issues, applying root cause analysis for short term and long term resolution.
Design and develop automation workflows, performing unit tests and conducting reviews to make sure work is rigorously designed, elegantly coded/configured, and effectively tuned for platform performance, and assessing the overall quality of delivered components.
Research and develop cutting edge technologies to accomplish goals across the organization, with a passion to learn and grow.
Basic Qualifications:
At least 1 years of experience in system or business analysis
At least 1 years of experience with technical integration
At least 1 years of experience working in an Agile environment
At least 1 years of experience in technical documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in system or business analysis
3+ years of experience with technical integration
2+ years of experience with solution implementations
2+ years of experience working in Agile environment
2+ years of experience with HR systems (PaaS/Saas)
1+ years of experience building, deploying, testing in AWS Cloud
