Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Full-time, two-year technology leadership development program where members work alongside experts in various locations.
  • Three, eight-month rotational assignments within IT organization providing the candidate an opportunity to experience different technology domains and develop variety of skill set.
  • Assignments within your specific business covering diverse projects inAdvanced Analytics, AI, Data Science Data, Cloud Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Digital Engineering,Technical Product and Project Managementand more.
  • Global learning experience focused on technical training, leadership, and business acumen.
  • Engagement in ITDP program initiatives and committees.


Qualifications

  • A Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, IT Security, Informatics, Information Science/Technology, Software Engineering, Security and Risk Analysis, or other relevant STEM majors with IT experience.
  • Minimum cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or equivalent
  • Graduating by May/June 2025 to be eligible for July 2025 start,full time job availability is mandatory
  • IITDP Locations: Wisconsin, Illinois or Remote
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
