Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience managing technology procurement processes or overseeing technology implementation projects within governmental agencies, public sector organizations, or regulated environments.
Experience in business development establishing relationships with senior-level decision-makers across public sector entities.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Federal research entities.
Experience influencing the direction of strategic initiatives, technology adoption, and funding allocation.
Experience evaluating vendors, making key procurement decisions, and shaping internal policies or procedures that impact operations.
Knowledge of Google Cloud or other cloud-based technologies.
Understanding of the federal research technology landscape. Knowledge of current pain points, emerging technologies, and potential opportunities for innovation.
