As a SeniorSales Manager, your focus will be driving revenue growth andguiding the sales efforts in your designated territory.•Guide and manage a designated territory, driving revenue growth and exceedingsales targets
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate the market andexpand the customer base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand theirneeds and provide innovative solutions
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights toidentify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding,order processing, and facilitation
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the sales team, fostering ahigh-performance culture and driving professional development
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to drivebusiness growth and market guidance


•Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales or a related field
•Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
•Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
•Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
•Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
