In the role as a Senior Consultant, you will deliver high impact HXM services through the full customer life cycle. You will be the main customer point of contact and you will lead a group of consultants during execution of projects and engagements.

Having experience in different industries is a big advantage.
Experience with cloud solutions is mandatory and having knowledge of on-premise HCM solutions is a big advantage
Technology oriented possessing an aptitude for rapidly learning complex software applications
Great communicator, organized, and quick at learning and understanding new technology skills with an aptitude and passion for working with people
Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills who is eager to always learn
Ability to drill down into technical issues and solve complex and detailed problems
Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations and present complex information in a clear and precise manner
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Expectation of minimum of 5 years of experience within the HCM/HXM domain
Location – the role is part of the EMEA South ASC HXM Services Delivery Team
Language skills: English language fluency mandatory – one or more other languages is an advantage
