KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Requirement analysis
• Requirement decomposition
• Systems design
• Model-based systems development
• Systems integration
• Systems validation & verification
• Flight test and issue investigation
• Customer interaction.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as engineering, science, or technology
• 4 years of experience working on Flight Controls, Autoflight or other Avionics engineering programs.

• Knowledge of the systems development lifecycle
• Past Flight Controls, Autoflight, Autopilot, or Avionics experience and knowledge
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to identify problems and significantly improve or change existing methods and techniques
• Ability to adapt dictated by program changes
• Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work independently
