As a Design Architecture Professional on our team in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, you’ll be involved in a wide range of activities - from early feasibility studies, to production of detail design documents, as well as technical assistance during construction.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher–level degree from an accredited Architecture school.
• Minimum of 5 years of applicable professional experience.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Familiarity with 3D visualization tools.
• Technical knowledge related to the development of construction documents in Revit.
• Proficiency with MS Office, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam Revu.
• Strong graphic presentation skills.
• United States Citizen.
Preferred –
• Focus on Life Sciences projects - particularly pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Familiarity with LEED and / or sustainable strategies.
• Proficiency in Sketch-Up, and 2D AutoCAD.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks in support of multiple ongoing projects running concurrently.
• Ability to coordinate within a multi-disciplinary team structure.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to contribute to the development of new ideas, techniques, and standards.
• Experience with the implementation of the project process including programming, conceptual design, design development, and construction documents.
• Ability to communicate visually and verbally with team members and clients.
• Experience performing construction administration activities – responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, preparing field observation reports, and punchlisting.
