JOB DESCRIPTION

Changi, Singapore

Achieve the development of on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems. You will provide technical presentations to an audience of customers, other industry peers and competitors. You will achieve revision and correction of work instructions and customer-facing training guides used by field installation specialists. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives in the processes related to field services and product development. You will lead cross-functional groups to quickly fix any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of proper equipment. You will act as an escalation point for Field Service Specialists, Service Engineers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Knowledge and hands on experience on Honeywell Hitech product
  • Working experience for semiconductor and gas industrial will be essential
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance of Honeywell gas life safety system will be advantage
  • Assist clients with third party vendor communication to our systems
  • Provide technical support to customers and serve as customer contact for service relate issues
  • Be able to respond to emergency calls as part of a 24/7 roster service and resolve them within the guidelines that meet or exceed our contract customer expectations and requirements
  • Team Player, comfortable work with lead support person on site
  • The ability to accurately document work performed
  • Able to work independently
  • Knowledge and experience with process instrumentation would be beneficial
  • Must be able to take ownership and responsibility for work and actions

YOU MUST HAVE

Minimum Diploma or ITE in with Chemical Engineering / Electronics and Electrical Engineering

  • Be comfortable leading system migrations between releases
  • Work independently on life system
  • Certificate on Virtualization would be a plus
  • Demonstrated effective oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
