Your Role and Responsibilities- Maintaining a good client relationship with IBM clients and business partners, as well as internal client relationships, in support of financing agreements.
- The individual maintains responsibility and expertise in Client Financing.
- The individual in this role is an expert in the dedicated financing systems and processes in the support of varied responsibilities such as vendor financing, dispute management, contacting internal / external clients.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of the defined tasks and responsibilities related to the role.
- The role provides operational and administrative support to the business by being responsible for organizational tasks of varying complexity, including sensitive clients, complex transactions.
