Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:

  • Setting priorities for the team, getting results across boundaries, ensuring an inclusive work environment, developing employees, and managing performance.

  • Plans, provides resources for, and directs activities to ensure the safety and quality of our employees while meeting schedules, standards, and costs.

  • Cultivates and reinforces appropriate group values, norms, and behaviors.

  • Identifies and analyzes problems, plans, tasks, and solutions.

  • Defines the roadmaps to meet requirements, milestones, and goals for process technologies.

  • Provides guidance on employee development, performance, and productivity matters.

  • Be unafraid to dive deep into understanding the technical details of the equipment and process and lead problem-solving efforts if/when needed.

  • Have a track record of tool installation, new process startup activities, and knowledge of ramp process and equipment needs.

  • Define and establish flow, procedures, and equipment configuration for the module.

  • Plan and conduct experiments to improve equipment processes.

  • Develop solutions to problems utilizing formal education, statistical knowledge, and problem-solving tools.

  • Be flexible in accommodating changing priorities and working hours to support business needs.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a bachelor's or a higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related technical degree AND have at least 5 years of experience as a process engineer

  • OR candidate must have at least 10 years of experience as a process engineer with 5 years minimum of manager experience.

  • Must be willing to relocate to New Mexico.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in one or more factory modules including Thin Films, Lithography, Metrology, Etch, Implant, Diffusion, CMP, IQ.
