Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Digital Sales Specialist – Financial Services Market, you’ll become a trusted go-to expert. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across the Sales team – advising and supporting on client engagements throughout the critically important early phases of the sales cycle and helping to lead prospects to our award-winning cloud solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • You will be responsible for named accounts in the Signature and Strategic Segments for FSM
  • The key objectives for the role are to integrate into the Client Teams assigned to each account and position IBM Power Server brand into the discussions and strategy with in each account.
  • The success of the role is determined by uncovering new opportunities and driving new business for the Power Brand in the assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with IBM Marketing and Sales leadership to activate targeted new business campaigns.
  • Work with your squad to design use-cases and proofs of concept in response to prospective clients’ requests for information (RFIs).
  • Collaborate in co-creating and presenting high-level value propositions for clients, effectively showcasing product features, functionality and solutions in a highly compelling manner.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 2 – 3 years of related experience
  • Relationship and IBM Matrix Management
  • Power Systems / Cloud Experience Experience
  • Financial Services Background or Experience
