- Receive Assignment allocation and facilitate full life cycle of the international transfer of Assignee (Start of Assignment, Extension, Localization and Repatriation)
- Send initial communication and Consent form to Assignee and follow-up in case the latter has not been signed yet
- Initiate Immigration, Relocation, and Tax services for International Assignee.
- Coordinate with assignee and Home/Host HR for any requirements necessary for the assignment
- Follow up status of immigration papers with Immigration vendor, if applicable
- Notify Assignee and Home/Host Manager if immigration papers were approved or denied
- Update/maintain Assignment record, as necessary
- Identify, investigate, analyze, and resolve Issues identified within the process
- Monitor and process tickets in ticket system. Resolve and close tickets/cases
- Complete additional tasks delegated by the Team Leader/Manager
- Assist in the creation of job aids for related processes, if necessary
- Delivers country specific Process
- Attend to employee concerns and handle escalations raised to Tier 2 Mobility, if necessary
- Provide the client with support and data for any internal and external audits. Ensure compliance to the client’s existing standards and other applicable laws.
- Conduct regular Process testing to ensure that processes meet business controls requirements.
