What you will do:

  • Planning, Execution & Continuous Improvement: Develop, execute, and optimize process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other proven methodologies. Apply industry best practices and collaborate cross-functionally with the Partner Engagement Experience team to design, validate, implement, and continually enhance partner-related processes.

  • Process Evaluation: Diagram and evaluate existing processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Organize, lead, and facilitate cross-functional project teams to achieve process improvement goals.

  • Metric Development: Develop and maintain metrics that provide data for process measurement and identify indicators for future improvement opportunities.

  • Data Collection & Analysis: Collect and analyze data to identify root causes of process issues, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Performance Measurement: Measure performance against process requirements, aligning improvement initiatives with identified performance shortfalls.

  • Consultation & Re-engineering: Provide consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.

  • Training & Presentations: Deliver presentations and training courses focused on measurement, analysis, improvement, and control of processes.

  • Best Practices Analysis: Survey and analyze best practices in process improvement techniques and methodologies.

  • Progress Communication: Communicate team progress to stakeholders and ensure transparency throughout the improvement process.

  • Cost-Benefit Analysis: Perform cost and benefit analyses to evaluate the impact of proposed process changes.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in business process analysis and improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

  • Excellent facilitation and leadership skills for cross-functional teams.

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

  • Experience in training and mentoring team members on process improvement techniques.

  • Proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools.

  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant methodologies.

  • Experience in the Partner Engagement or Customer Experience field.

  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

The salary range for this position is $74,900.00 - $119,830.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
