Job Description

Digital Armor and Risk Enablement (DARE) is an essential component of the IT area, that enables enterprise governance, risk, and compliance use cases to provide robust support across IT, Finance, Manufacturing, Operations and Legal domains.

In this role you are expected to:

• Support the product line lead across all products on the DARE ServiceNow platform (e.g. Security Ops, Vulnerability Response, Integrated Risk Management, custom use cases)
• Evaluate business needs and propose suitable solutions for Low Code development, perform due diligence to arrive at an optimal solution considering technical feasibility. Provide guidance and technical leads on Design & Solutioning, Compliant with Enterprise Architecture.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert as it relates to technical and operational processes and the current environment in which they operate.
• Identify and drive improvements from design and configuration to implementation.
• Perform root cause analysis to troubleshoot issues or identify current state process inefficiencies.
• Lead and oversee the implementation activities for solutions across all phases of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and support inspections and systems review for compliance.
• Assess and communicate risks and appropriate levels of urgency to management.
• Self-manage relevant workload (time management and prioritization) and influence others to achieve collective goals.
• Support demand management, portfolio planning & reporting, forecasting & budget estimates.

Required Experience and Skills:

• min. 3 years’ experience in the areas of Service Now technical analysis and application administration.
• Deep Functional and Technical knowledge on the Platform, experience in delivering medium to large scale implementations.
• Deep knowledge on scripting, strong technical understanding of ServiceNow framework and Architecture.
• Strong ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to diverse audiences.
• Significant experience in IT platforms system enhancement, implementation, and upgrades.
• Demonstrated success in building strong relationships with client organizations and across technology centers.
• Strong Understanding of Change & Release management & ITIL concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to effectively lead a cross-functional core team in a matrix organization.
• Demonstrated skills in risk-based approaches, including ability to facilitate a robust risk analysis.
• Facilitation/ workshop management skills.
• Effective communication, both written and verbal, essential for engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and doing this while being part of amulti-cultural team.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies.
• Previous use of Jira for product management and releases.
• Experience in maintaining CMDBs, Asset Management and other Asset/Configuration Management repositories in the Organization. Excellent understanding of Infrastructure configurations, CI classes and their relationships.
• Experience with regulated GxP Pharmaceutical IT Systems.
• Knowledge of compliance business processes within the pharmaceutical space
