What you'll do

As a working student in the global delivery unit, you will work in a project-based approach to support the delivery of accelerator assets/content to speed up customers' transformation journey.

  • You will be instrumental in supporting the operations and delivery management activities
  • You will prepare, facilitate and follow-up on steering-, team- and planning meetings
  • You will support strategic operational excellence initiatives by enhancing and improving existing processes to E2E processes
  • You will assist in the implementation and monitoring of process improvements
  • You will support internal enablement activities by creating supporting material and assets
  • Provide support to the team in executing strategic programs and projects as well as business operations

What you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Project management experience is preferred
  • Experience with JIRA software is a plus
  • Hands on experience in SAP Signavio Process Manager is a plus
  • Computer skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), openness to learn new tools
  • Language skills: excellent verbal and written communication in English, German as a plus
  • Soft skills: team player, analytical thinking, can-do attitude, good presentation, communication, and networking skills
  • Experience in taking responsibility and making decisions, and ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in an international, dynamic, virtual teams
  • Prior internship, working student, and/or professional experience is preferred
