Join our dynamic team as a Technology Business Analyst Manager, where you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You'll be instrumental in analyzing business models and processes to capture requirements that translate into technical specifications. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that the system architecture solutions align with business objectives.

Your key responsibilities

As a Manager in Technology Business Analysis, you will manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on risk management. Your responsibilities will include continuous process improvement, innovation, and leveraging best practices. You will oversee professional employees or supervise teams to achieve complex technical initiatives. Expect to maintain billable client charging, lead delivery streams, manage projects, and engage with external clients daily. Travel may be required based on client needs.

  • Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications
  • Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions

  • Team with client business and technology professionals, and/or third-party strategic alliances to provide implementation of technology solutions
  • Demonstrate ability to implement software.
  • Develop long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally
  • Interact and communicate effectively with finance and technology senior and middle management executives as well as end user and business subject matter experts.
  • Demonstrate strong decision-making skills in developing solutions for complex problems
  • Modify policies and establish procedures within the scope of work
  • Exercise sound judgment in selecting methods and criteria for obtaining results
  • Possess a functional understanding of system development lifecycle and technology business architecture frameworks

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience working with an ERP system in a software configuration implementation role
  • Proven track record in system implementation for the following Oracle Supply Chain Functions/Applications: Product Information Management, Product Development, Innovation Management, Product Hub
  • Experience working on Master Data Management strategies with regard to Item Master Data attribution at a global level, hub and spoke models involving multiple upstream and downstream systems, and product development from idea to commercialization (Ideas, Concepts, Proposals, New Product Introductions, and Engineering Change Orders, and Obsolescence,
  • The person should be able to lead and facilitate workshop sessions, work well with Offshore resources, and manage deliverables
  • Lead and participate in:
    • Gather Business requirements
    • Analyze and transform to application requirements
    • Perform Fit-Gap Analysis
    • Lead Functional Design approval process
    • Strong interaction with development team to test and delivery the solution
    • Assist customer during UAT
    • Prepare and Review documentations
  • 3-5 full lifecycle implementations in any of the above
  • Familiarity Oracle methodologies such as OUM or AIM
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills
  • Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues
  • The successful candidate must also be willing and able to travel up to 50%

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Familiarity with at least 2 Sectors where our team advises clients
  • Degree in Business, Operations Management/Supply Chain Management, or related field (MBA or MS degree preferred)
  • Cloud Certifications in Cloud Applications or Oracle Certifications

What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $141,200 to $258,900. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $169,500 to $294,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
