Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing fund custody operations, processing transactions for cash and including wires, checks, ACH, and transfers within a Service Level Agreement.

  • Interpret and prioritize request from emails forward by Admin team often requiring careful analysis to determine clients need.

  • Delivers a high level of customer service and is responsible for the identification of and minimization of risk in the control environment, process efficiency and effective customer issue resolution.

  • Handling a high volume of request and coordinating efforts between a team.

  • Accountable for the completion of daily processing activities as each day presents unique challenges with no standard request format.

  • Collaboration effective with team member demonstrating strong engagement and team work.

  • Assigned additional projects as needed.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience or

  • Associate’s degree and four or more years of relevant experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage a high volume of request effectively

  • Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work environment

  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills

  • Effective customer relations, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications, Cash System, Arcaria System, and CSSC System These are US Bank related applications so not worried about those for external

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
