As a Senior Product Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing advanced support for Akamai's Content Delivery Solutions, DNSi, and SPS network operator solutions to ensure Akamai customers' success.
  • Acting as Technical Lead for assigned accounts, oversee product integration, validation, lab and field trials, and production deployments.
  • Handling product escalations with Carrier Products Engineering from a technical and customer satisfaction perspective
  • Identifying, document, influence implementation of product supportability features & improvements through Product Management & Development Engineering teams.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

  • 12 years of relevant experience and/or pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, another related field
  • Experience with Domain Name System (DNS) infrastructure
  • Be familiar with Linux environment
  • Have good background in TCP/IP networking and routing
  • Have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and good communication skills
