In this role you will be responsible for:- Improve the overall product engineering outcomes through a focus on enhanced tooling and streamlined processes - Drive the creation new tools that leverage LLM technologies to greatly improve efficiency of bug analysis, triage, and prioritization.- Create improved reports and dashboards to enable product engineers and engineering leadership to see immediate responsibilites at a glance- Analyze bug lifecycle history in order to identify sources of low-quality reports as well as bottlenecks in the current process- Collaborate with Product and Quality engineering to identify the best ways to measure customer success in an LLM/ML-driven experience
- M.S in Computer Science, Information Science, or equivalent experience with 5+ years software engineering experience and strong background in computer science: distributed systems, algorithms and data structures
- Full-stack web application development with Ruby, Python, Node.js or equivalent. React, Angular or equivalent.
- Relational databases
- Experience with ML technologies, especially as applied to software issue analysis and resolution
- Experience in iOS client-side technologies including Swift core libraries
