Your Key Responsibilities

  • across the Financial Services sector
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders, business partners, and multi-disciplinary teams to help shape ideas, design solutions and deliver measurable, sustainable improvements in business performance
  • Applying storytelling skills and presenting recommendations to our clients in a clear and analytical manner
  • Leveraging and further developing our global EY methodologies, frameworks, tools, accelerators, and enablers for a range of transformation goals
  • Developing your skills, through on-the-job client experience as well as internal training opportunities
  • Facilitating internal- and external topic roundtables and thought leadership sessions
  • Supporting go-to-market and business development initiatives to continuously provide valuable solutions for our clients

Skills And Attributes For Success

  • Excellent academic record from a leading university or university of applied sciences
  • Strong motivation to join a dynamic consulting environment and to work in the financial services sector
  • Experience in team-based projects (either at university or internships)
  • A curious mind with the ability to structure problems in a systematic and organized fashion
  • Strong presentation skills and a highly client-oriented attitude
  • Strong team player, willing to proactively support solutions within highly motivated and diverse teams across functions and geographies
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory,Swiss German and any other language is a plus.

Ideally you will also have:

  • Initial work experience in consulting and / or Financial Services (e.g., internships, working student, entry-level position)
  • Experience and /or interest in TOM (target operating model) design and process improvements
  • Experience and /or interest in Agile and Design Thinking methodologies
  • Experience and /or interest in ESG
