- The Enterprise Content Strategy Team is looking for a creative, curious, and driven intern to help us expand the reach and impact of our flagship podcast,SAP Concur Conversations. This podcast is a critical thought leadership channel for the business, and as a key contributor, you’ll help shape its future.
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our efforts to grow listenership, explore innovative content formats like video and micro-podcasts, and strengthen our cross-channel promotion strategy. You’ll research podcast trends, assess the competitive landscape, and use SEO and analytics insights to help inform our evolution. You’ll also play a hands-on role in creating engaging supporting content, enabling internal teams, and building promotional toolkits to amplify the podcast’s impact.
During this internship, you will:
- Support the end-to-end podcast production process , including writing show notes, tracking episode status, and analyzing episode performance
- Create engaging supporting content , including episode summaries, transcript-based blog posts, and an eBook grouping podcast themes and standout quotes for use across various marketing channels
- Explore new formats and distribution channels , including YouTube video podcasts and micro-podcasts, and contribute to creative development and content planning for each
- Research and analyze competitor podcasts , identifying trends, standout strategies, and opportunities to differentiate and elevate SAP Concur Conversations
- Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas to increase engagement, enhance the listener experience, and elevate the podcast’s role within the broader content strategy
- Monitor podcast performance using analytics tools and improve upon reporting by exploring opportunities to access more granular platform data (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.)
- Develop an internal enablement toolkit to help cross-functional teams leverage podcast content, including a quote bank, guidance on partnering with the podcast, and tips for internal amplification
- Build guest speaker promotional kits that include social media content, audiograms, and suggested messaging to make it easy for guests and internal stakeholders to promote new episodes
- Collaborate with a fun, forward-thinking content marketing team that values creativity, storytelling, and smart strategy

- It is featured in prospect and customer campaigns, demand generation efforts, and social media programs, making it a key lever for awareness and conversion.

- Education: Pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
- Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program
