As a, you will provide technical and consultative guidance for solutions opportunities on a range of complex engagements and deliver technical architectural design, strategies and solutions for engagements. You will provide consultative business and technical delivery services for a range of complex customer-facing consulting engagements, in partnership with Global Pre-Sales, Account Management and Solutioning Teams. Specifically, you will be part of projects deploying, administering and configurating digital transformation software stacks.

You will:

• Assist our customers in their journey of architecting and building new Cloud-Native Apps
• Become an agent of change within customer organizations, aiding Digital Transformation
• Use DevSecOps to accelerate the development processes, suggesting and implementing architecture improvements, recommending process improvements for Infrastructure Provisioning Automation and deploying, automating, maintaining and managing Release Automation Pipelines, to ensure the faster release of new features to productions systems
• Evaluate new technology options and vendor products for quick onboarding of automation
• Senior Principal Engineers and Senior Solution Architects in working with Sales, Pre-Sales, GTM and Customers in a semi-sales role, providing product based solutioning and help towards deal-closures

Essential Requirements:

• Overall 10+ years of experience in the IT Industry, with preferably a graduation degree in computer science or engineering etc., along with a post-graduation in business.
• 5+ years of experience in implementing projects in the infrastructure deployment, setup and configuration space, through automation and IaC tooling ecosystem (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Terraform, Jenkins, Docker etc. with scripting skills on Python) including good knowledge and experience of Kubernetes, MLOps and AIOps tools.
• Deep knowledge of deployment and configuration of Kubernetes Clusters using RedHat OpenShift, Tanzu, Rancher etc. and deep knowledge of K8s application deployments, helm charts and K8s operators (CNCF Kubernetes certifications like CKAD, CKA, CKS, KCNA and KCSA will be a definite plus).
• At least, 6+ years of exp. working in various technical areas (viz. DevOps, DevSecOps, Infrastructure-as-Code, Application Modernization, Digital Transformation, Cloud Computing) in a customer-facing delivery role, in the capacity of a Senior Consultant / Senior Architect / Customer Success Associate or Executive, in a Consulting Services Organization or Department of a well-known brand.

Desirable Requirements:

• Business Consulting Certifications like CMC (Certified Management Consultant), PMP (Project Management Professional), Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, Agile, Change Management (Prosci), CFA, CIMA, Digital Marketing etc. will be a definite requirement.
• Proven experience of large scale Digital Transformation projects and technical teams, with specialization in the following areas –Client Engagement.
