As a SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER in this team, you will:
Develop and execute product strategies for Enterprise Commerce, including product vision, roadmap, feature sets, pricing models, and go-to-market plans.
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, sales, support, and other stakeholders.
Define and prioritize customer needs, market opportunities, competitive analysis, and user feedback to deliver customer-centric solutions.
Communicate product value proposition and benefits to internal and external audiences, including senior executives, customers, partners, analysts, and media.
Drive product adoption and growth by identifying and addressing customer pain points, creating compelling value propositions, and delivering engaging product experiences.
