You’ll help them by providing strategy and implementation support. You’ll work across Australia’s leading financial institutions, in high-performing teams alongside risk management professionals, quantitative analysts, technologists, and former regulators.
As part of our FSRM team, you’ll focus on opportunities where your expertise can make a substantial impact to assist our clients enhance the management of risk data. All while maintaining work life balance through our supportive hybrid work modelou'll be empowered to:
- Leverage your understanding of requirements across various regulatory Programs including the interpretation of Prudential and reporting requirements across the delivery life cycle.
- Gain broad experience in risk analytics and reporting including the ability to work with large datasets.
- Support delivery across a range of regulatory transformation programs, leading projects to agreed standards and timescales.
- Draw insights and analytics from data to inform stakeholders about changes from regulatory requirements.
- Design and implement data management capabilities to support data risk management.
- Lead / support the wider team with various business development initiatives to support the transformation of risk functions.
What we’re looking for

- 1+ years’ relevant experience in Risk Analytics within Financial Services / FinTech / Consulting.
- Team player with strong communications and interpersonal skills, client engagement and presentation.
- Demonstrated success in maintaining long term client relationships and networks, in addition to cultivating business development opportunities.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities, track project timelines/budget and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
- Experience with Australian and/or international prudential supervision, regulatory reporting, regulatory technology (RegTech), capital management, enterprise risk and risk data management.
- Working knowledge of coding languages desirable (e.g. SAS, Python, SQL, VBA etc.).
- Self-motivated, positive attitude and eagerness to learn and contribute towards our dynamic team.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Graduate degree in finance, commerce, law, STEM or similar, with post-graduate qualifications or additional study viewed favourably.
